Mr. Kailash Chand Nithrawal is Director of Waqt Finance Pvt. Ltd. He has been with Waqt Finance Since Oct’2024. Mr Nitharwal has over 20 years of experience with leadership roles in P & L Management, Strategic Alliances, Compliance & Governance with AU Bank, during Association with AU Bank He was managing collection of TW/Auto and CV Loans. He handled a team of entire Rajasthan. Mr. Nitharwal is Post graduate as well as Law professional with proven skills in implementing technique and procedures for maintaining end to end collections including legal filings.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar has known to control the delinquency of accounts and P & L management. He also worked on strategies to minimise NPA of bank as well as NBFC. Prior to joining Waqt Finance in Oct’2024, Mr. Kumar had over two decades of experience where he consistently demonstrated his expertise in leading teams and driving collection activity growth in various roles across the collection function of leading Bank, NBFC and Housing companies, including Bajaj Finance, L& T Finance , Hero Fincorp , HDFC Bank , Aavas Financiers and IFL Housing Finance. Today, Mr. Kumar serves on the boards of Waqt Finance, utilizing his expertise to provide guidance and oversight. He holds a Post Graduate degree in commerce from Dayalbagh Educational University and a degree in PGDBM from Vinayaka Mission University. Mr. Kumar is a well-rounded individual with interests in music, travel, and fitness.

Mr. Bhagawat Singh Mankas is the Chief Business Officer. With over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors, Mr. Mankas in his role as the head of the Rural Finance business the rural lending vertical of the company including Vehicle Finance and Personal loans businesses. He is also responsible for expanding the already established Vehicle Finance business. Driving retailisation to help accelerate the growth momentum of the company is a core focus area for Mr. Mankas and he will be driving a high-performance culture, concentrating on achieving operational excellence, strengthening processes and adding value to all the stakeholders.

Mr. Mankas specializes in strategy, scaling businesses and has built a solid track record in building customer-centric organisations as well as distribution networks. With a deep understanding of retail businesses, he is well experienced across retail collections, consumer durables and Two-Wheeler sales, branch banking, as well as investments and mortgages. Mr. Mankas has worked with AU Bank, Bajaj Finance and DVR Financiers in the past.

A PGDCA from Rohtak University, Mr. Mankas also holds a B.A. degree from Rajasthan University, Jaipur.

Mr. Lalu Lal Aheer brings on board over 33 years of rural & urban banking experience. He has served as the Branch head and Investment banker in Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank(RMGB).

Mr. Aheer serves on different role in Bank in different area of Rajasthan. He establishes different branches of RMG bank in rural area of Rajasthan. He is science graduate.
